History

Ed Speer began his humble law practice in Johnson County over 50 years ago. Based upon the principals of hard work, client satisfaction and the dilligent pursuit of justice, Speer built a reputable law practice that brought home results for his clients. In 1980, Speer joined up with J. Roy Holliday, Jr., a young attorney who possessed remarkable trial ability. Holliday's courtroom presence and skills of persuasion combined with his drive to succeed has resulted in hundreds of successful verdicts for his clients over the past few decades. Much has changed in the world since the 1950's, but the attorneys of Speer & Holliday continue to be leaders in the courtroom and the community focused on bringing home satisfactory results for their clients.
